    • An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a personalized, structured plan used to help researchers, employees or students set career and learning goals, identify skill gaps, and outline specific actions for growth. It can include typically short- and long-term objectives, required resources or training, lab skills and timelines. This particular IDP uses a radial plot to provid a visual representation of set goals.
